Evaluate tenant's needs and develop a workplace strategy aligning all client's needs, schedules, and budget limits.

Real Estate

Inspect short-listed properties, run test fits, and compare build-out costs through various spaces.

Design

Finalize interior/architectural design drawings and assist broker and tenant improvement allowance negotiations.

Pre Constructions

Produce construction documents. Send RFP to contractors and submit proposals for building permits.

Build Out Work

Oversee all construction activities. Inspect job sites, track construction progress, mitigate costs/claims, and ensure overall quality control.

Move-In

Final walk-through prior to occupancy. Review punch list with the project team and obtain all closeout documents.

Post-Occupancy

Provide on-going support to tenant/client if space requires additional alternations, repairs, and warranty items.
